St. Louis, MO – July 10, 2014 – Raineri Construction, a leading full-service general building contractor focused on lean management principles, recently launched an online portfolio of projects. The site offers a look at the broad services offered by the St. Louis-based construction and general building contractor, including large industrial and commercial projects.

“At Raineri, we have the ability to apply our lean construction management principles to large industrial projects as well as smaller projects, saving time, controlling costs and benefiting everyone involved in a project,” commented Anthony Raineri, director of business development at Raineri Construction.

The new online portfolio site provides examples of projects in the following industries: retail, educational and institutional, multi-family and senior living, historical renovation, civil, commercial, and industrial. The site also features a plan room where details on projects are listed, providing partners the opportunity to submit bids.

All projects are driven by Raineri’s unique lean management process. This holistic approach to construction is rooted in proven techniques including parallel scheduling and the process of perpetual delivery. Raineri has utilized this lean management process in every one of the 84 projects it has completed in the past 24 months. Currently, Raineri is involved in approximately 53 projects throughout the metro area.
