RAINERI CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES $2 MILLION PROJECT TO CREATE FIRST URGENT CARE CLINIC IN DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS, MO.
Renovated 2,600 SF Clinic is First-of-its-Kind in St. Louis City
ST. LOUIS, MO - Raineri Construction has completed a $2 million renovation project for Downtown Urgent Care
at 916 Olive Street in St. Louis, MO.
The first-of-its-kind, 2,600-square-foot clinic hosts six exam rooms, a lab and a
digital x-ray machine. There are four physicians on staff. It is serving the estimated 12,000 people who reside in downtown St. Louis
and the additional 95,000 individuals who commute downtown to work.
Raineri's project spanned all four floors and the basement
of the nearly 30,000-square-foot former Truman Office Building purchased by Dr. Sonny Sagger in 2008.
With an entry pressed against a public walkway and exposed steel interior columns, the clinic has a decidedly urban feel. The waiting
room features hardwood floors and a mural of the St. Louis skyline.
In addition to gut renovation work, Raineri created a
2,100-square-foot mezzanine out of the building's original high-ceiling lobby. The mezzanine will be used for future expansion as
Saggar works to add dentists, therapists and other specialist to his staff.
Raineri Construction, certified by the St. Louis
Airport Authority as a Woman Business Enterprise, was founded in 2003 by Ashley Raineri. The firm focuses on turn-key
design/build prime contracting and specialized subcontracting in the multifamily residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
